Processing time:

Once you make a purchase, your items will be dispatched within the next 24 hours.

Shipping time:
 

Orders within the EU are shipped via UPS and delivered within 1-5 working days. Other international deliveries are shipped via UPS and delivered within 3-7 working days.

 

Order confirmation & tracking:

You will receive a tracking link with your delivery confirmation email, which will allow you to check your order status online anytime. The tracking number is active within 24 hours of your purchase. If you have any questions, feel free to contact our customer service team.

Exchange & return policy

Not fully happy with the pieces you have received? You can return them to us within 14 days of receipt, providing they are unworn merchandise with all labels and tags intact and in their original packaging.

If you have received a defective or damaged item, the wrong size or the wrong product, please contact us at info@vizzjewelry.com. We accept returns of unworn and unused merchandise with all labels and tags intact and in their original packaging, within 14 days of order receipt.

 

Return shipping:

We offer a free return policy if the item was damaged, faulty, or doesn’t match the product description. Sale items are non-refundable. If you’re returning the item because you changed your mind, you’re responsible for the return shipping costs. If you are entitled to a return, we will refund your purchase price.
 

Before you can send an item back to us, you’ll need to:
1) Tell us what’s wrong with the order or request your return shipping label by email info@vizzjewelry.com.


2) Print the shipping label and send your order back within 5 working days after we accept your return.

You will receive a confirmation email once we have processed your return. After reviewing your request and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you via email whether your return or refund request is approved.


Full Refund:

All successful returns will be credited to the original method used for payment. Please note refunds can take 3–5 working days. Different card issuers have different policies which may affect the exact date of receiving your refund.
