When will my order arrive?

Delivery in Europe should take 1-5 business days (excluding weekends and national holidays). Once your order is ready to ship out, you will receive an email notification with your tracking and shipping info. For International orders (all regions except Europe), we use UPS and delivery time may vary depending on the destination.

How do I track my order?

Once you order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. The shipping confirmation includes your order details and a tracking number that will be active within 24 hours.

Our international shipments are shipped via UPS. You may visit to track your package with the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation.

In case you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us immediately.

What payment methods do you accept?

Does my order include a warranty?

We include a three-month warranty on all orders and would be happy to repair any damages within this period. Our warranty covers general wear and tear or lost stones. Please contact our customer care team here to have your jewelry repaired.

How do I return or exchange my order?

You can return or exchange unworn items within 14 days of purchase. To process your return/exchange, please contact us here or send us an email via Our customer care team will be happy to assist.

When will I receive my refund?

After reviewing the request and the conditions of the returned item, we will proceed with a refund immediately following the same payment method used. You will be notified as soon as we receive the product and we will process your refund within 3 days of receipt.
