size guide & jewelry care
Here are some tips to help you find your perfect ring size.
Try not to measure your hands when they are too hot or too cold. The best time to measure them is in the evening.
If you find yourself between two sizes, always go with the larger one.
How do I measure my hands?
Tightly wrap a strip of paper or piece of string around your finger where you’d like your ring to sit.
Mark the spot where the paper/string meets and measure the distance with a ruler (mm).
Use our ring sizing chart to then determine your desired ring size.

Select an existing ring that fits your preferred finger.
Place the ring over the circles below until the inside circumference of the ring matches a specific circle.
If your ring falls in between two sizes, consider the width of the band. A wider band may require a slightly larger ring size.
Our jewelry pieces are timeless accessories, made to be worn in every occasion. To ensure your pieces maintain their beauty, quality and longevity, take good care of your pieces to prevent tarnishing, scratches and dullness.
All VIZZ jewelry are treated with an anti-tarnish coating to help protect against tarnishing, yet it is still important for you to follow our care instructions. Your jewelry piece can tarnish over time when exposed to the open air. Tarnishing is a natural process that can be handled.
We recommend that our customers remove jewelry pieces before going to bed or participating in physical activity.
Exposure to harsh chemicals or environments may damage your jewelry. This includes perspiration, perfumes, cleaning agents, chlorine, salt water, and the like.
How to store your jewelry pieces:
Store your jewelry pieces away from direct sunlight, heat or extreme temperatures. They can be wrapped in fabric, kept in their original pouches, or contained inside the plastic zip lock bag that we provide. It will keep the jewelry away from moisture of the air and the chemical of surrounding area. Never use polyvinyl plastic bags, such as trash can liners, as they contain sulphur compounds,. Never use rubber containers as they make sterling silver tarnish faster and possibly turn black. Do not store your jewelry pieces in the bathroom or any other humid places.
If you wish to store the pieces inside your own jewelry box, make sure it is contained in a plastic zip lock bag before you store them to avoid direct contact with velvet cloth. Our boxes are not made for long-term storage as they are not airtight, and tarnishing will occur over time.
What NOT to do:
Never try to wash or clean the jewelry pieces by yourself. Using soap water or toothbrush may damage your pieces. Gold plated jewelry items require extra care. A tiny portion of chemical may cause the gold plating to fade away, and scratching may cause tarnishing.
What you CAN do:
To keep your items in the best condition, use a soft dry cloth to gently rub on the metal surface to restore the shine.
However, we cannot guarantee that our gold plated jewelry items will last forever. Gold plated pieces are more fragile and liable to lose their color over time. The speed at which the gold plating fades depends on multiple variables from chemical products used for skincare, level of perspiration, or even your natural skin PH. It is particularly important to take special care of your gold plated jewelry.
If your jewelry items have lost their gold tone before you expected them to, contact us here. We will give you more information about our custom gold plating service, with which we can make your pieces shine again, like they did when you first bought them.
Jewelry should be the last thing you put on before you leave the house — and the first thing you take off when you get home.
